Established in March 2022 as Apolong Brewing Co., Apolong Brewery is a family-run craft brewery and tap house tucked into the lush, rolling mountains above Dumaguete City in Valencia, Negros Oriental, Philippines. Father-son team Phil and John brew with heart and soul, whipping up bold, flavorful beers like Farmhouse Ale, West Coast IPA, and Burdin Russian Imperial Stout—each with a local flair and uncompromising quality.
